At RhondaCreates.ca, every item is created with care and attention to detail. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Returns

I accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Many Canadian retailers use a 30-day return window and require items to be unused and in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Digital downloads or printable files
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items
• Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos showing the damage or error

Upon review, we may offer:

• A replacement item
• A repair (when applicable)
• A full or partial refund

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method by online retailers.

Custom & Handmade Creations

Because many products on RhondaCreates.ca are handmade and created specifically for each customer, custom and personalized orders are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged or contain an error made by Rhonda Brown.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun. Once a custom order is in production, cancellation may not be possible.
